PCA’s Resource Center provides academic support to students outside of the regular classroom during the school day in an effort to reduce the time students spend tutoring outside of school hours. Tutoring occurs in an academic support classroom that provides a learning environment conducive to the needs of each student participating in the program. PCA’s Resource Center classroom is also available for students who qualify to have a quiet working environment to complete tests without time constraints or have documented need for oral testing.

PCA’s Resource Center works closely with teachers to provide the accommodations and guidance each student needs on a daily basis to assist them in reaching their full potential. All tutoring is provided by certified teachers and the Center’s director. Weekly updates are provided to parents to keep them updated on their child’s progress.

For more information or to inquire about registering for these services, contact Tangie Taylor, Resource Center Director.
