My name is Lisa Reid and I am the Guidance Counselor for grades K3-7. I love what I do and do what I love. As you can imagine, it is very busy all day every day. The Lord is in our halls and we can feel His presence in our work and play.
Please check the website and PCA’s social media pages often as I will be writing articles that you may find useful as you journey with your student through these exciting and challenging years. Visit the Counselor’s Spotlight page for more information.
As you experience the school with your student, I encourage you to not get too wrapped in the small things of school. As a mother of now young working professional, I invite you to cherish each moment you have now and hold on tight. You will be astonished as to how quickly these years pass. Be intentional about “experiencing” school with your student – ballgames, activities, field trips, pep rallies, pop-in lunches, and tryouts. The learning happens and will continue to happen but don’t miss the “experience”.
I am available anytime you would like to talk with me. You may call for an appointment, or just stop in to see me. It’s going to be a great year!
Walking in Him,
Lisa Reid, MS
Elementary and Middle School Counselor
